I think i know exactly what you are looking for. For my websites I use a company called RankPay and they do performanced based SEO. Not only is it relatively cheap depending on your keywords, but YOU DON'T PAY UNTIL YOUR SITE IS RANKING! I've got a bunch of sites ranking with them for extremely competitive keywords. It was pretty easy for me to choose them because there is literally no risk involved. You dont pay a dime until you start ranking. RankPay website: http://bit.ly/eNhQ4q

I doubt very seriously you can afford the best SEO company on the internet... even if someone could narrow it down to just one. Companies like SEOmoz.org get $1000/hr or more. I am an independent SEO consultant with no where near the resources of a company like SEOmoz.org, and I charge $100-125/hr depending on the job and type of work. Most people online looking for SEO think $5-15/hr should get them a good SEO. But most of the people willing to market themselves that low are either 1) VERY inexperienced or 2) live in a 3rd world company, have learned a few buzz words related to SEO, and now "claim" to be SEO experts. Figure out how much money you're willing to invest in SEO and then search for the best SEO firm that fits within your budget.
I don't recommend one because i SEO my very owned few websites and the results are good. You can learn in your own about SEO, You don't need to hire someone.. It cost you a lot! You can bring your site at the top of major search engines and the higher your website ranks the more visitors would visit the website. The SEO strategy focuses on what is searched for and all efforts are diverted towards how search algorithms work. SEO and Search engine ranking course i used is pretty works well!

Hi Tamil, There is a lot of hype about SEO and the reality is that it is rather simple. There are two ways to do SEO known as on page and off page. On pages is about having your keywords in your URL, title pages and various tags. Once that is done then you can do no more on page SEO. When it is done it is done! Off page is the big secret to high rankings and is often called back links. Simply this means you need to go to various places and create a link back to each of your web pages, and then keep repeating this. Don't link everything back to your homepage. Many people do this and it is a big mistake. You can use article directories, relevant blogs, forums, social networking sites etc. to get back links. It is a fair bit of work but the more links the higher the ranking. It is that simple and sadly a bit laborious but it works.

Beware of outsourcing your SEO. I work for a U.S. search engine marketing company, so I answer from a position that could appear biased. But every time a former client, current client, or prospective client has worked with an Indian SEO firm, they have been disappointed or worse. I can't generalize and say that every Indian SEO company is shady or incompetent. And I don't hesitate to point out that tons of U.S. search engine services are bad news too. But I think your chances of getting beneficial results are greater if you use an SEO company in your home country. The cultural and language differences are definitely a factor. But it goes beyond that. A common feature of low-budget SEO companies is that, while they may do what they promise in terms of quantity - for example, obtaining links to your site with articles or blog posts, adjusting your site's content, and optimizing your site for search engines - the quality of the work is usually poor. You usually get what you pay for in this business. And sometimes it can even hurt your search engine presence. I assume you're considering this out of budget concerns, which is completely understandable and reasonable. I suggest that you approach an established U.S. internet marketing company to give you a one-time consultation, ending with recommendations that you can carry through on your own for awhile. That would probably include some changes to your website and suggestions for how to obtain links to your site that won't result in a penalty and will over the long-term help boost your site's ranking. And you can help yourself right now with one fundamental tactic. As a business serving a limited geographical area, you should ensure you have solid local optimization. That includes claiming or establishing your business listings on Google Places, Yahoo Local, and Bing Local. http://www.google.com/support/places/ http://www.google.com/places/ http://local.yahoo.com/ http://bing.com/Local Make sure your business is also listed in all major business directories like yp.com, superpages.com, and yelp.com. And finally, look for real estate directories where you can add your business listing (many will require payment). In all cases, your goal is not only to get exposure for your business, but to establish links to your website.
