Why Not, you can try what ever you want with your main keywords anyway SEO means specific and Organize, not general or random (I.e SPAM) here some suggestion from the experts I.e Me :-) , put your los Angeles in your tittle and add some words in body text, that still related in LA or find some related keywords with LA , and search dofollow or link exchanges with some websites that still related with your business, and not the same business to increase your ranking in different keywords unless your websites have high PR!!
